I’m headed to Greece, one of my favorite countries!!!
This trip is three different parts:
1. Athens with friends – getting acclimated to the timezone and enjoying Athens
2. The Yacht Week with friends – joining a floating festival of catamaran boats to sail around the region southwest of Greece
3. Renting a car and traveling around the Peloponnese region solo – exploring a part of Greece that I haven’t been to yet.
I’m very excited for the adventures to come!

Here’s some Greek words to get excited!
- Ναί – Yes (pronounced: “neh”)
- όχι – No (pronounced: “o-hee”)
- Καλημέρα – Good Morning (pronounced: “kally-mare-uh”)
- καλησπερα – Good Evening (pronounced: “kally-spare-uh”)
- γειά σας – Hello/Goodbye (pronounced: “ya-sahs”)
- Γειά μας – Cheers (pronounced: “ya-mahs”)
- Σ’αγαπώ – I love you (pronounced: “sa-gah-poe”)
- οικογένεια – Family (pronounced: “eek-o-yen-ee-ah)
- όμορφο – Beautiful (pronounced: “owe-more-pho”)
